Designed to enable binderies, copy centers and owners of hand-operated binding machines to cut spools of wire for hand insertion. It is also perfect for people who like to senter the business of office boxes.
The mechanical parts are sturdy, but simple in operation, following the same principle as all other Rilecart products.
How it works:
It is necessary to set up the computer for the wished number of WireBind Rilematic® loops and the number of cut lengths: the machines automatically carries the spiral and the operator only has to push the pedal.
The unit can be easily foot operated while the operator is inserting the previous wire, so that insertion of wire is not delayed by waiting for the spool wire cutter to finish its cycle.
