| How it works: |
| |
The operator must set up the computer with the basic inputs: pitch, diameter, n° of loops per length, n° of lengths ; then he has to put the product directly under the carter and press the foot-switch. |
| |
The machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length in the wished n° of loops and carries it on a magnetic oscillating arm. The same arm puts each length into the inferior part of the binding tool, where it is strongly held thanks to a set of microteeth. |
| |
The R622 then closes like a pience the inferior and superior part of the tool, so that the spiral is pushed into the holes of the product and the points and tails are closed simultaneously. |
| |
If necessary it can meanwhile insert the hanger by mean of a semiautomatic hanger feeder. |
| |
The result is a very precise and fast binding with big diameters and big thickness, even if the holes of the block of sheets have not been perfectly aligned. |
