| How it works: |

The operator has to set up the computer inputting diameter, pitch, wished number of loops per length, amount of lengths. The machine automatically unwinds the spool, counts and cuts the wire and carries the lengths into the binding area. The operator puts the pre-punched calendar (or other product) on the table and press the foot-switch. |

The table of the machine stops the calendar by mean of a bar and carries it in binding position, where the spiral is inserted and closed by mean of a shaped tool, specific for each binding diameter. |

During this operation it is also automatically inserted the hanger (optional). |

With little diameters (3/16" and 1/4" ) it is possible to lock the table, and locate the product directly in binding position. |

All the operations are controlled by a micro-processor with a memory 40 working sequences, and in every phase the LCD display informs the operator. |
