| How it works: |
| |
The operator must set up the computer with the basic inputs: pitch, diameter, n° of loops. Then he has to put the product under the carter and press the foot-switch. |
| |
The machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length in the wished n° of loops and carries it on a magnetic oscillating arm. The same "feeding arm" puts each length into the inferior part of the binding tool, where it is strongly held thanks to a set of microteeth. |
| |
The R422 then closes "like a pience" the inferior and superior part of the tool, so that the spiral is pushed into the holes of the product and the points and tails are closed simultaneously. |
| |
The result is a superior quality and fast binding even with big diameters and even if the sheets are not perfectly aligned. |

| Features: |
| • |
Using WireBind Rilematic® Wires continuous in spools with diameters from 1/4" to 1" for a maximum binding thickness of 24 mm (check binding table) |
| • |
Maximum Binding length: 420 mm |
| • |
Minimum Binding length: 50 mm |
| • |
Each diameter uses dedicated binding tools. |
| • |
Machine speed is over 1500 cycles per hour. Effective productivity depends on operator skill and on the products' features. |
